Scholarships 2010-2011 for European Students
BURSARIES for European Students.
The University of Sunderland is offering a large number of bursaries as a financial assistance
and reward to the students.
1.The University offers a 525 pounds bursary to every student that his/her parents receive an income of less than 39,305 pounds per year. This of course will have to be proved with the annual tax statement of the parents.
2. a Progression bursary. i.e. students receive a bursary of 965 pounds over 3 years, as a present for progressing/passing each year; and it is split; ie as soon as a student passes Year 1, they receive into their bank account the amount of 525 pounds. As soon as they pass Year 2, they receive 315 pounds and when they pass Year 3 they receive 120 pounds. (total 965 pounds)
The MPharm students and every 4 year course, they receive a total of 1490 pounds over 4 years.
The Foundation students receive a fee scholarship of 1000 pounds, ie they pay 1000 pounds less.

There are several ways that you can choose from to pay the fees to the University; you can decide to pay On-line, or by yourself, or by a Bank transfer.
